Well the kids are done with school - we just got done with there first official week of Summer Vacation ---I can't believe how quick that school year went! It is already June - which means just a few more weeks of being a single mother --- Yay -- Oh and on that note -- I thought I did - but I Apparently never made the announcement officially that We are Moving to Washington State -- I just assume everyone already know everything sometimes -- Jeb has been out there already for the past couple of months - We are almost done with that business though - and will be Washington Residents by the end of the month -- Our Idaho House still has not sold though - so we shall see how this goes.

Maybe you can rent your Idaho house? You could perhaps find a property management company that would do all the legwork and you could keep it for eventual residual income. Just a thought! WA is awesome!
